We strongly recommend that ALL patients aged 6 months and over get flu shots. We particularly recommend it for higher risk patients including children 5 years old and younger, people who are pregnant, and individuals with chronic diseases such as heart disease, asthma or other lung disease, cancer, etc.
If you have an upcoming appointment you will be offered a flu shot at your appointment. You can also get a flu shot at most pharmacies as well as Ottawa public immunization clinics. Information about public health
flu shot clinics can be found on the Ottawa public health website at www.ottawapublichealth.ca.
Our flu shot clinics for 2023 are as follows:

When attending a flu shot clinic, please remember to:
- Wear a short sleeved shirt

- Arrive 5 mins early
- Remove boots and outerwear
- Check in with a receptionist or on our self-serve kiosk
The flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself against the flu and its potentially serious complications. To schedule your flu shot clinic appointment, you may book online at any time (via our patient portal) or call our clinic during opening hours. Online booking is the preferred method, and it’s the quickest way to see what times are available and reserve your spot.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we would prefer that patients do not come to the office unless you have a pre-booked appointment.
