Please be aware that the city is working on an integrated sewer, watermain and road renewal project that affects streets adjacent to the clinic (James St and Kent St). There is less on-street parking than usual and may be some detours/delays that may affect your trip.
 

Arrival Tips

The code to open the building front door is *3705 during the daytime; during the evening, you'll need to use the intercom to contact our office to open the door. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment time. This will allow you adequate time to remove outerwear, register at the front desk, and for our nurses to bring you to the exam room and perform their pre-assessment. If you have a suspected respiratory infection, please wear a mask. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Please note that we are not a walk-in clinic: online booking is available to registered patients of the clinic only. Online booking is available for most of our doctor’s schedules and is intended for routine, in-person appointments. For phone, videoconference, or urgent appointments, please call the office to book as before.
